I have thrived through a variety of transitions: Job changes, career changes, children born and grown, gaining daughters in law, surviving cancer three times, being divorced... I can go on. I offer a container of support as you face many challenges and changes in your life.

Whatever changes are happening in your life, I can support you. You may experience an unwelcome change (layoff, loss) or want a change (new job/career, relationship) and need support as you move through it. As I walk with you,. you will find ways to deal with the stress and anxiety of change. You will decide how you want to be in that next phase of your life. 

I have had a varied career and bring that experience to my coaching. I have led three congregations, been in sales, worked in business development for a newspaper, and taught in the local community college. Becoming a professional coach is the culmination of all that professional and life experience. What is most rewarding are those moments when I have helped others unlock new perspective on their view of the world, their professional role, and themselves personally and then seeing them act on such breakthroughs. It is most fulfilling when they create a life full of intention and purpose. The positive difference in their lives is immeasurable. I have also fought and survived three bouts of cancer. I had incredible support during that time. It was a time of growth and gratitude for me. I want to support you in whatever way you need.

I have raised three children who are now married adults. It has been fulfilling to be part of their life journey and now getting to know and building a relationship with their spouses and also my grandchildren.

Coaching has changed my life for the better. It has helped me understand my values and live by those values in all aspects of my life.  I want to have that same impact on others. One of my greatest joys is when a coaching partner has a personal insight and experiences positive transformation.

I have always been a listener and actively try to hear what people are really telling me. I get curious with my clients as we explore their values and how they can live them fully at home, work, and play. I walk with coaching partners (members) on their journey to fulfilled living.
